Kenton is where we are based, on Station Parade at Kenton Lane. It is almost entirely 1930s suburban stock, which makes the recurring compliance issues very predictable.
Stanmore
HA7
Stanmore has the largest properties of the four areas, which means more circuits, more appliances, more bathrooms and longer inspections. Pricing per property rather than per hour matters more here.
Edgware

Edgware mixes substantial detached housing with a large flatted sector and continuing new-build development, and the compliance picture is different in each.
