Harrow (HA1, HA2, HA3)
EliteShires Property Services carries out landlord certificates (EPC, EICR, gas safety, PAT testing and legionella risk assessments) and plumbing, electrical and general repairs across Harrow, from our office on Kenton Lane. Harrow is under Harrow Council, which now requires a selective licence for privately rented homes in six wards, so we check your ward and any licence conditions before we book the work.
Kenton (HA3, HA9)
EliteShires Property Services is based in Kenton, at 6 Station Parade on Kenton Lane, and carries out landlord certificates, plumbing, electrics and repairs across the area. Kenton is split between Harrow Council (Kenton East and Kenton West wards) and Brent Council (Kenton, Northwick Park and Preston wards). Every privately rented home in those Brent wards needs a selective licence, so check which council your address is in.
Stanmore (HA7)
EliteShires Property Services carries out landlord certificates, plumbing, electrics and repairs across Stanmore, Canons Park and Belmont, a short drive from our Kenton Lane office. Stanmore is in the London Borough of Harrow, and its Stanmore, Canons and Belmont wards are not among the six wards in Harrow Council's selective licensing scheme. Certificates here are priced by the property's size, not a flat rate.
Edgware (HA8)
EliteShires Property Services carries out landlord certificates, plumbing, electrics and repairs across Edgware, from Burnt Oak and the Watling Estate to Edgwarebury, Broadfields and Canons Park, a short drive from our Kenton Lane office. Edgware is split between Harrow Council and Barnet Council, with Edgware station and much of the town centre on the Barnet side. Harrow's Edgware ward has required a selective licence for privately rented homes since 2 May 2026.
Why four main areas, and the towns around them?
The promise that matters to a landlord with a burst pipe or an expired certificate is not breadth. It is whether someone can be there today, and whether they know what they are walking into.
A 1930s Kenton semi, a Victorian terrace near Harrow town centre, a large Stanmore detached and an Edgware purpose-built flat are four different jobs. Knowing the housing stock is how we quote accurately over the phone.
