EliteShires Property Services is one contractor for a landlord's or agent's certificates, repairs and void turnarounds in Harrow, Kenton, Stanmore and Edgware. The EPC, EICR, gas safety check and PAT testing can be done in one visit alongside repairs, every job is photographed, and we hold the renewal diary. Pay per job or on a monthly account; repairs are hourly from £45 to £60 depending on the trade.
You are coordinating five contractors, chasing certificates that expire on different dates, and trying to get evidence that work was actually done, usually while a property sits empty and earns nothing.
For a landlord or a managing agent, the problem is rarely finding a trade. It is coordinating five of them, chasing certificates that expire on different dates, and getting evidence that the work was actually done. We exist to be the single number for all of it, which is the whole reason a compliance and trades business in one is worth more than either separately.

One visit, everything certified
During a void we can complete the EPC, the EICR, the gas safety check and the PAT testing alongside the plumbing, electrical, decorating and joinery snagging, in a single coordinated window rather than five separate appointments across three weeks. That is faster to re-let and cheaper in call-out costs.
Who keeps track of renewal dates?
We do. Gas safety runs annually, the EICR at least every five years, and an EPC lasts ten years but only needs replacing when you next market or re-let. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms need to be working on the first day of every new tenancy. Across a portfolio those dates scatter. We hold the diary, remind you before anything expires and, where sensible, align renewals so visits can be grouped.
