How EliteShires Property Services handles the details you give us when you call, email or send an enquiry through this website, and your rights.

Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address, the service and area you choose, and anything you add, usually a property address and a description of the job. If you call or email, we receive whatever you tell us. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange and carry out the work you ask for, and keep the records that certificates and repairs require. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and complying with legal obligations such as keeping gas safety and electrical records.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to do the job: the registered engineer or assessor who attends, and, for an EPC, the national EPC register, where certificates are lodged by law. We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists or pass them to third parties for their own use.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Records connected to work we carry out are kept for as long as the law or the certificate requires (for example, gas safety records must be available for at least two years) and for our accounts.

Cookies and third parties on this site

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own site. Photographs are loaded from Pexels. Maps are not loaded until you press "Show the map", at which point Google Maps loads and Google's own privacy policy applies to that map.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
