Compliance companies inspect and leave. Trades fix but cannot certify. Landlords end up managing both, usually against a deadline. We exist to remove that gap.

In practice that means a void can be turned around in one coordinated window: EPC, EICR, gas safety and PAT testing alongside the plumbing, electrical, decorating and joinery snagging, photographed and invoiced once.

How we quote

A fixed quote for defined work such as certificates, consumer unit changes and decorating by the room. Time-based for fault finding and general repairs, with an honest estimate before we start. Either way you are told before we attend.

The conflict, addressed

An inspector who also sells remedial work has an incentive to find faults. Our answer: every coded observation is quoted line by line, you are told which items affect the outcome, and you are free to have anyone else do the work.

Accreditations

Gas work, electrical inspection and energy assessment are legally restricted activities. You are entitled to ask to see the registration of anyone who does them. A Gas Safe registered engineer carries an ID card with a licence number and the categories of work they are qualified for.

Four main areas close to the office, deliberately: Harrow, Kenton, Stanmore, Edgware. We do not take on structural work, significant roofing, damp investigation or full building projects; we will refer you on.
