What does EliteShires Property Services do?
EliteShires Property Services, based at 6 Station Parade on Kenton Lane, Harrow, carries out the certificates landlords in England need (EPC, EICR, gas safety, PAT testing and legionella risk assessments) and the plumbing, electrical and general repairs those certificates lead to, across Harrow, Kenton, Stanmore and Edgware and the towns around them. Emergencies are same day in opening hours, Monday to Saturday.

EPC
An assessment by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and a lodged Energy Performance Certificate, usually within 24 hours of the visit.

EICR
A full inspection and test of the fixed electrical installation, with a clear report and a fixed price for any remedial work.

Gas Safety Certificate
An annual gas safety check on every gas appliance and flue you provide, by a Gas Safe registered engineer, with the record issued on the day.

The approach
The certificate is only the diagnosis
A failed EICR needs an electrician to put it right, and we do that work too, so the repair follows the report without a second company. An at-risk gas appliance goes on the record for a Gas Safe registered heating engineer, since we do not repair boilers; radiator and pipework faults on the water side we can fix.
Every coded observation is quoted line by line, and you are free to have anyone else do the work.

Do you cover my area?
We cover Harrow, Kenton, Stanmore and Edgware, and nine towns around them: Wembley, Ruislip, Pinner, Bushey, Northwood, Northolt, Hendon, Colindale and Mill Hill. If you are just outside, call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly that someone closer suits you better.
Can you do all my certificates in one visit?
In most cases yes. EPC, EICR, gas safety and PAT testing can usually be coordinated into a single window, alongside any repairs.
How quickly can you get to an emergency?
Same day in opening hours, Monday to Saturday, anywhere we cover; on Sundays we take emergency calls only. If we genuinely cannot make it, we say so on the phone so you can call someone else.
Do you work for letting agents?
Yes, on account with monthly invoicing, photographic reporting and an agreed authorisation threshold for spend.
