Book a block of time whenever the list has more than one job. Each visit carries the same travel and setting-up time whether we do one task or six, so a single hourly job is rarely good value, and you pay for the time the list takes rather than the number of items on it. Jobs grouped in one room go faster than the same number spread between the loft, the landing and the garden.

A list with a few photos is enough for a straight answer on half or full day. We bring the consumables, fixings, filler and sealant, plus basic timber; a particular lock, blind or fitting can come from you, or we price it in. If the work takes three hours, you pay for three.

Clearing a landlord's end-of-tenancy list

On streets in Harrow's KW permit zone in Kenton West, the controls run only from 10am to 3pm on weekdays, and Harrow decided in April 2025 to keep those hours, so a Saturday booking needs no permit there. During controlled hours a Harrow visitor permit has to come from someone who lives in the zone.
